Bilietų įsigijimo ir dalyvavimo renginyje taisyklės

SĄVOKOS

  1. Renginio organizatorius – „PREMA FESTIVALIS“, el. paštas: info@premafestivalis.lt, tel. Nr.: +37063179335

  2. Renginys – Organizatoriaus rengiamas Biliete nurodytas renginys.

  3. Dalyvis – pilnametis asmuo, sumokėjęs Biliete nurodytą sumą ir įsigijęs Bilietą.

  4. Bilietas – dokumentas (elektroninis arba popierinis), patvirtinantis pirkimo-pardavimo sutartį tarp Organizatoriaus ir Dalyvio, suteikiantis teisę Dalyviui dalyvauti renginyje.

BENDROSIOS NUOSTATOS

  1. Šios taisyklės yra neatsiejama Bilieto dalis, be jų Bilietas neturi teisinės galios.

  2. Sumokėdamas už Bilietą, Dalyvis patvirtina, kad susipažino su Taisyklėmis, jas suprato ir sutinka jų laikytis.

BILIETŲ ĮSIGIJIMO, KEITIMO IR GRĄŽINIMO SĄLYGOS

  1. Prieš įsigydamas Bilietą, Dalyvis privalo įvertinti visą informaciją apie Renginį ir savo galimybes dalyvauti.

  2. Sumokėdamas už Bilietą, Dalyvis patvirtina turėjęs visą reikalingą informaciją apie Renginį (temą, datą, vietą, kainą ir kt.).

  3. Dalyvis supranta, kad Renginys atitinka jo lūkesčius ir pretenzijos dėl Renginio bus laikomos nepagrįstomis.

  4. Dalyvis atsako už pateiktos informacijos teisingumą ir privalo pašalinti neigiamas pasekmes.

  5. Dalyvis privalo patikrinti Bilieto duomenis ir kainą. Atsakomybė už klaidas tenka Dalyviui.

  6. Bilieto kopijavimas, klastojimas ar neteisėtas naudojimas draudžiamas.

  7. Dėl nenugalimų jėgų ar ekstremalios situacijos Organizatorius gali negrąžinti pinigų, tačiau pasiūlyti kitą renginio formatą ar datą.

  8. Bilietas negrąžinamas ir nekeičiamas, išskyrus Organizatoriaus kaltės atvejus.

  9. Nukėlus Renginį dėl Organizatoriaus kaltės, Dalyvis gali dalyvauti atkeltame renginyje arba susigrąžinti pinigus.

  10. Atšaukus Renginį dėl Organizatoriaus kaltės, pinigai grąžinami per 30 dienų pateikus originalų Bilietą (neišsiurbtą, nepažeistą). Elektroninių bilietų atveju ši sąlyga netaikoma.

  11. Elektroninius bilietus įsigijusiems Dalyviams pinigai pervedami automatiškai į mokėjimo sąskaitą.

  12. Dalyvis žino, kad renginio laikas gali keistis, o Organizatorius už tai neatsako.

DALYVAVIMO RENGINYJE SĄLYGOS

  1. Renginio metu draudžiama vartoti alkoholį, narkotines ar psichiką veikiančias medžiagas, ginklus. Organizatorius gali tikrinti girtumą ir daiktus.

  2. Dalyvis privalo elgtis pagarbiškai, nekenkti sau ir kitiems, nepažeisti įstatymų ir taisyklių. Už pažeidimus atsako finansiškai.

  3. Organizatorius gali pašalinti Dalyvį iš Renginio dėl girtumo, narkotikų, nusikalstamos veiklos ar kitų pažeidimų. Tokiu atveju pinigai negrąžinami.

  4. Renginys gali būti laikinai sustabdytas dėl techninių ar kitų priežasčių.

  5. Organizatorius neatsako už kitų Dalyvių elgesį ar paslaugų sutrikimus ne dėl jo kaltės.

  6. Organizatorius neatsako už Dalyvio daiktų apsaugą.

  7. Dalyvis patvirtina, kad yra sveikas ir fiziškai pajėgus dalyvauti.

  8. Draudžiama filmuoti, fotografuoti ir platinti kitų Dalyvių įrašus be jų sutikimo.

  9. Dalyvis sutinka, kad Organizatorius filmuotų ir fotografuotų renginį bei naudotų medžiagą be atlygio reklamai.

  10. Dalyvio asmens duomenys gali būti naudojami tiesioginei rinkodarai ir sutarčių vykdymui.

KITOS SĄLYGOS

  1. Pasikeitus kontaktiniams duomenims, Dalyvis ar Organizatorius privalo apie tai informuoti kitą šalį per 3 dienas.

  2. Visi santykiai tarp Organizatoriaus ir Dalyvio baigiasi pasibaigus renginiui ar kitais nurodytais atvejais.

  3. Organizatorius gali keisti Taisykles, tačiau Dalyviui galioja taisyklės, galiojusios bilieto įsigijimo metu.

  4. Ginčai sprendžiami derybų keliu arba pagal Lietuvos Respublikos teisę.

  5. Kiti klausimai sprendžiami pagal Lietuvos teisės aktus.

  6. Net jei kai kurios sąlygos pripažįstamos negaliojančiomis, likusios taisyklės galioja.

  7. Bilietas ir Taisyklės yra lietuvių kalba, kurią Dalyvis supranta.

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

  1. Event Organizer – “PREMA FESTIVAL,” email address: info@premafestivalis.lt, phone number: +37060029009

  2. Event – The event organized by the Organizer as specified in the Ticket.

  3. Participant – an adult who has paid the amount specified on the Ticket and thus acquired the Ticket.

  4. Ticket – a document, electronic or paper, confirming the concluded purchase-sale agreement between the Organizer and the Participant, granting the Participant the right to participate in the specific Event.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These rules are an integral part of the Ticket, without which the Ticket has no legal force. The definitions used in these rules have the same meaning in the Ticket.

  2. By paying for the Ticket, the Participant confirms that they have properly read the publicly available Rules, that the Rules were fully disclosed and explained to them, that they understand and agree to all the terms, and strictly undertake to follow them.

TICKET PURCHASE, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURES

  1. Before purchasing the Ticket, the Participant must thoroughly evaluate all publicly available information about the Event, as well as their ability to arrive and participate.

  2. By paying for the Ticket, the Participant confirms that they purchased the Ticket having all the correct and complete information needed to make this decision, including but not limited to the Event’s theme, duration, date, location, program, price, quality, etc.

  3. The Participant confirms that the Event fully meets their expectations and understands that all complaints about the Event will be considered unfounded due to this confirmation.

  4. The Participant takes full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided to the Organizer and must cover any consequences arising from failure to meet this obligation at their own expense.

  5. Upon purchasing the Ticket, the Participant must immediately check that all data on the Ticket is correct and that the Ticket price matches the amount paid. Responsibility for violating this condition lies with the Participant.

  6. It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, forge, or use the Ticket in any unlawful way.

  7. If the Event cannot take place due to force majeure or a declared state of emergency in the country, the Organizer reserves the right not to refund the Ticket price but to provide online training or reschedule the Event to other dates.

  8. The purchased Ticket is non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, except when the Event is canceled or postponed due to the Organizer’s fault.

  9. If the Event is postponed due to the Organizer’s fault, the Participant has the right to attend the rescheduled Event or receive a refund of the Ticket price. Information on how to do this is provided at info@premafestivalis.lt or +37063179335.

  10. If the Event is canceled due to the Organizer’s fault, the Participant’s Ticket money will be refunded within 30 calendar days after the Participant submits the original Ticket, intact and undamaged, and proves their identity. This clause does not apply if the Ticket was purchased electronically.

  11. If the Ticket was purchased electronically and the Event canceled due to the Organizer’s fault, the Organizer will transfer the Ticket price to the same bank account from which the payment was made, without requiring a separate request from the Participant.

  12. The Participant acknowledges that the Event’s start and end times indicated on the Ticket are approximate and may change; therefore, the Organizer is not responsible if the Event begins or ends later than specified.

EVENT PARTICIPATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Consumption of alcohol, narcotics or other psychoactive substances, gas, firearms, and other weapons is prohibited during the Event. To ensure the safety of other Participants, the Organizer has the right to check for intoxication and inspect items brought to the Event.

  2. The Participant undertakes to behave in a way that does not endanger their own or others’ health and property, does not insult or discredit others, does not harm honor and dignity, and respects the Organizer’s and other Participants’ rights. Any violations must be compensated by the Participant for any negative consequences caused to the Organizer or third parties.

  3. The Organizer may unilaterally cancel the Ticket without warning and deny entry or remove the Participant from the Event if there is suspicion of intoxication, drug use, rule violations, criminal behavior, or actions against public order or morality. In such cases, the Ticket price is non-refundable.

  4. The Participant agrees that the Event may be suspended due to technical issues or other circumstances.

  5. The Organizer is not responsible for the behavior of other Participants and does not compensate for any negative consequences or service disruptions not caused by the Organizer.

  6. The Organizer is not responsible for the protection of the Participant’s belongings brought to the Event.

  7. The Participant acknowledges that the Event is physically active and confirms that before purchasing the Ticket, they have checked their health condition with a medical institution and have no health issues. Any negative consequences due to this responsibility are borne by the Participant.

  8. Filming, photographing, or recording others during the Event and sharing such recordings without consent is strictly prohibited. Violators assume full responsibility and must compensate for any direct or indirect damages to third parties and the Organizer.

  9. The Participant agrees that the Organizer may film, photograph, and record the Participant during the Event and use such materials without compensation for promotional or commercial purposes. These materials remain the Organizer’s property.

  10. The Participant agrees that their personal data provided to the Organizer may be processed and used for direct marketing purposes and to properly execute the contract between the Organizer and Participant.

OTHER CONDITIONS

 

  1. If the Participant or Organizer changes their email or other contact details, they must notify the other party within 3 calendar days to avoid consequences.

  2. All legal relationships between Organizer and Participant under the Ticket and Rules end when the Event ends or if the Ticket is unilaterally canceled by the Organizer as specified in the Rules or by mutual written agreement.

  3. The Organizer has the right to change the Rules unilaterally, but the Rules valid at the time of Ticket purchase apply to the Participant.

  4. All disputes related to the Ticket and Rules shall be resolved through negotiations or, if unresolved within 30 calendar days, in accordance with Lithuanian laws.

  5. Any issues not covered in the Rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

  6. If any part of the Rules is found invalid, it does not affect the validity of the rest.

  7. The Ticket and Rules are written in Lithuanian, which the Participant fully understands.
